Force Majeure
If the event cannot take place, in whole or in part, due to acts of God, national emergency, war, labor dispute, accident due to fire or other unforeseen event or any other reason beyond the control of the Organizer or which the Organizer cannot avoid due diligence, the Organizer will not have any obligation or liability to the Registrant as a result of this and reserves the right to change the dates of the tournament.
